I don't know about "finding" LJ layouts, but I make my own.
I make my own banners and go into the "customize journal" and where it says "Header URL" I put the URL of the header that's in my photbucket.
If you would like, send me the pictures you want and if you want, the text you would like and I would be glad to make you a Pam/Jim header.
